Chapter 20 needs your help to win this Vans RV-12!
Overview
Each year, the national EAA chapter runs the EAA Aircraft Sweepstakes program. This year's Grand Prize is a beautiful Vans RV-12 S-LSA. This year, Chapter 20 is asking willing members to maximize their sweepstake entries (up to 100 per person), and if successful to consider donating the prize to Chapter 20. At that point, the chapter would form a 501(c)(7) - guided by the national EAA chapter - to oversee management of the airplane.

Benefits
In return for this generous donation, the member would receive the following benefits:
- Not paying state, federal, maintenance, insurance, and hangar fees (approx $30-$40k).
- A tax deduction applied up to 50% of the winner's adjusted gross income (can be carried forward 5 years).
- 100 hours flight time per year. If the member is a non-pilot, EAA will organize a pilot for these flights.
- Knowledge that you've provided a useful resource to the EAA chapter which will be used to promote flying to the public, provide a valuable resource for young pilots, mechanics, and aviation enthusiasts, and first flights for many!
How to Enter
- Mail-in: EAA members who receive the Sport Aviation magazine, each issue contains 10 mail-in coupons. Mailing instructions are included with the magazine.
- Online: visit eaa.org/sweepstakes and follow the instructions on the website to enter.
- In person at Oshkosh AirVenture: if you're attending AirVenture 2017 (which we highly recommend!) look for the Sweepstakes booth, where you can enter in person.
